By accessing the Cylin website or platform you agree to these Terms of Service. This is a placeholder version pending final legal review; it will be updated before public launch.
Use of the service
You agree to use Cylin only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The platform is intended for LPG distribution operations and the customers and drivers they serve.
Accounts & access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Access is role-scoped; do not attempt to access data outside your authorization.
Safety & acceptable use
Cylin facilitates the delivery of hazardous goods. You agree to follow all applicable safety regulations and not to misuse verification, tracking, or delivery features.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Final liability terms will be set out in the executed agreement with each distributor.
