How to turn incoming orders into an efficient driver run.

A run is the set of stops a driver completes in one trip. Cylin helps you build runs that are fast for drivers and predictable for customers.

Build a run

  1. Open the dispatch board — every confirmed order appears as a stop.
  2. Assign a driver and a cylinder to each stop.
  3. Sequence the stops; Cylin suggests an efficient order you can adjust.
  4. Send the run to the driver's phone.

Once it's live

The driver gets turn-by-turn navigation and completes each stop with a scan and proof-of-delivery. The board updates the moment anything changes in the field — so you always know where every run stands.

Tip: keep an eye on the safety state column. A cylinder past revalidation or a driver whose certification is expiring is flagged before it becomes a problem.
